Hyzl for telehealth and GLP-1 programs

People do not abandon a programme over the price alone. Hyzl opens with a question about what they were looking at, answers what comes back, and only reaches the offer if the conversation gets there.

What Hyzl does here.

The moments that matter most in this kind of business, in the order money moves through it.

Someone closes the paywall without paying

Your server tells Hyzl they left, and Hyzl texts inside the hour about the thing they were actually looking at.

It calls when a conversation will do what a text cannot, and it stops the moment they pay.

The moment: Paywall exit

A trial ends and nobody converts

Hyzl reaches the person before the trial runs out, about what they actually used it for.

If they say the price is the problem, it can present the offer you approved instead of guessing.

A customer calls or texts your number

The same number works both ways. Hyzl answers, knows who is calling and what has already been said to them.

It can send the link, book the time, or put the call through to you.

The moment: Support on the same number

Questions we get.

Short answers, true today. If something here stops being true, this page changes.

Do I need to write the messages?

No. Hyzl decides the move and writes each message itself, one person at a time, and puts one plain line of reasoning beside every decision. You can read every reason, and you can write the steps yourself instead if you would rather.

Does the first message lead with a discount?

No. It asks about the thing they were looking at. In one GLP-1 pilot the conversational opener was replied to by 13% and paid by 14.5%; the opener that led with money off was replied to by 0.8% and paid by 6.4%. The offer comes later, if it comes at all.
