We built the rep. Then we became the customer.
We started with AI calling for real estate, took it to sales teams, and then pointed it at the moment a person walks away from an app's paywall. Then we built an app of our own and ran Hyzl on it, so the first merchant who had to live with this thing was us.
How we got here.
Four steps, in the order they happened. The last one is an app we built ourselves, to find out whether the rep worked on someone who could not be talked round.

How we work.
Three rules we can be held to, rather than a set of values nobody can check.
We run our own apps on Hyzl first.
PointsGPT is ours. Hyzl worked its paywall exits for three weeks before we wrote a word of this site about it, and it is still the app we break things in.
Every number here says how it was measured.
A holdout, an attributed share, a pilot's own analytics, or an early result. The basis sits under the figure where you read it, not in a footnote at the bottom.
The rep never crosses a line.
Payment is checked before every touch, texts are held through quiet hours in the person's own time zone, and STOP ends it at that number. What Hyzl will not do is written down.
Talk to the people who built it.
Tell us what happens to your revenue and where it leaks. If Hyzl is wrong for it, we will say so.
