They call back. Hyzl answers, already knowing who they are.

One number goes both directions. Everything Hyzl sent is on the thread it answers from, so nobody is asked to start the story over.

What happens.

Every line is something the workflow actually does, not a diagram of it.

  • They call or text back. Hyzl answers live, already knowing who they are and what was said.
  • It transfers to a person, or texts the link, without making them start the story over.
  • Inbound and outbound share one number and one thread, so nothing arrives out of context.
  • STOP is honoured on the same number, and it ends the outreach there.

In order.

Each step is a real setting in the workflow, in the order it happens.

  1. The number rings

The same number that texted them. Hyzl picks up and reads the thread before it says anything.

  2. In the conversation

It answers from the facts you wrote, and says it does not know rather than filling the gap.

  3. When a person is needed

It transfers the call, or texts the link, instead of holding on to the conversation.

  4. After the call

A transcript, the action it took, and the outcome, in the same activity log as everything else.

  5. On a text back

The reply lands on the thread it belongs to, and the next decision is made with it in hand.

One number. Both directions.
