When you want the moves fixed, Flow runs them.

Auto decides each move. Flow does what you wrote: up to six steps of texts and calls, with offer tiers and retries, inside the same limits Auto works in.

What happens.

Every line is something the workflow actually does, not a diagram of it.

  • When you want the moves fixed, Flow runs up to six steps of texts and calls, with offer tiers, retries and voicemail.
  • Quiet hours and the payment check are the same ones Auto works inside.
  • Each step is a text or a call, with its own wait and its own offer tier.
  • You can run Flow on one moment and Auto on another, and read the two side by side.

In order.

Each step is a real setting in the workflow, in the order it happens.

  1. Up to six steps

Each one a text or a call, in the order you set, with the wait you set between them.

  2. Offer tiers

A later step can carry a better offer, so the discount is spent last rather than first.

  3. Voicemail

Left on the second dial only, because a phone on Do Not Disturb rings through on the second.

  4. Quiet hours

Texts between 9:00 and 21:00 and calls between 9:00 and 20:00, in the time zone the person is actually in.

  5. The payment check

Runs before every step. They pay, and the sequence ends mid-way.

Write the steps, or let Hyzl decide.
