The failed charge lands from Stripe or the store, and Hyzl takes the moment the same day.
- The first move
One text with a link to update the card. No invoice language, and no threat of losing access buried in a footer.
- If nothing changes
A call before the grace period runs out, because the card is usually just expired.
- The moment it clears
The payment check sees the charge and recovery ends there.

None of this runs today. The wizard shows the moment disabled, and it stays disabled until the recovery path is verified end to end.
